Since being anounced as the winner of the Against all the odds award at the Brave Britains ceromony in London I have had so many opportunities to spread awareness for my illness, the chance to feed some traffic to the Seenobounds website and hopefully engage with a wider audience. 

Today I was invited to the BBC Wales Studio and to go live on the Jason Mohammad show with Caryl Parry Jones. We spoke about my illness, the effects that its had on my life and a bit about my adventures. 

I can honestly say that the experience was amazing and the whole team where fantastic I just hope I get the chance to work with them again in the future.
