As an experienced Fell-Runner and Ultra Marathon competitor I can help you to fit training into your busy schedule and share how I do around running a business and being a Mum of 3 under 5’s!

Originally trained as a MBA Secondary Teacher, I’ve diversified to build a more flexible and enjoyable life – the base for my Fitness services are qualifications, but as important, my experience in Exercise to Music, Spin, Les Mills, Boxercise and Pre & Post Natal Fitness.
Every week I teach HIIT, 202020, LegsBums&Tums, Aerobics and Pump as well as leading Buggyfit groups and guided walks / runs for clients looking for routes or just a new experience
