Amanda Cook - Osteopath

I have been an Osteopath for 13 years working in Monmouthshire. I treat babies and children to older people and pregnant women using a combination of gentle cranial osteopathy skills, articulation and massage. I specialise in treating babies and children and also teach parents how to do baby massage. I treat a variety of conditions such as fibromyalgia, digestive problems, migraine prevention as well as joint pains, sciatica etc and i work with patients with specific needs such as those with disabilities or learning difficulties. I also offer video consultations and these are proving popular for people who are concerned about leaving home. I take the consultation as normal and observe specific movements I ask the patient to do. Through feedback from the patient I can diagnose the problem and prescribe rehabilitation exercises.
