The Gin Tin Bar
We offer a premium mobile bar service that operates across South Wales. We have both indoor and outdoor bars that can operate just about anywhere.
The Gin Tin Bar is a dynamic small business that is ambitious to grow and develop the range of services we offer. Within our first year of business we were named a finalist for Gin Bar of the Year – Wales. We currently have two converted vintage caravan bars, these bars are available for weddings, corporate events, parties, we even offer our smaller caravan bar for dry hire. Our bars can operate almost anywhere where there is road access. We also offer an indoor bar for any event. We can offer anything from a small community event to a large function, our flexibility and number of bars allow us to work with event organisers to provide the right service.
All of our options provide the same level of service, this service includes:
A fully licensed bar with the personal license holder onsite (Event Manager)
The Event alcohol license
Staff that are professional and friendly with your guests
Public Liability up to £10million
Fully insured vehicles
Additional pop up bar where required
A customised bar to meet your requirements
Glass or plastic glassware (additional charge for glass)
Cash and Card facilities
In addition to our ‘normal’ bar service we offer Gin Tastings. Prior to Covid-19 our tastings were held at a variety of venues for groups of 10 plus. During Covid-19 times we changed the way we worked. We offer a Gin Tin Tasting Box that consists of some of the best award winning Gins in Wales and provided online Gin Tastings for groups. Our Gin Tin Tasting Boxes have been very popular both locally and across the UK.

We take our products seriously on our bars and work hard with our supplies to ensure we deliver the product to the highest standard. We now offer to take our customers to our distillers to find out more about the distilling process. Our tours can vary from 2-20 guests. Each tour is customised for the party and therefore we can arrange the length of time from 2 hours to overnight depending on the requirement. We have flexibility.
