Your Account Manager
SmartPA gives our clients access to over 250 Executive Personal Assistants with the widest skill set who deliver their world class services on a remote basis. However, if for example you were my client, I would remain as your sole Account Manager, to avoid you dealing with up to 250 partners, and to help keep consistency whilst we deliver what you and your business need. All partners are also trained and accredited by SmartPA.
When a client hires SmartPA, we think, behave and act as a permanent employee – adopting the client company’s ethos, values and brand guidelines. The client can confidently delegate any task to us, knowing that their company will always be represented the way they would like it to be.

As all our work is done on line, our services are ideal in the current crisis, providing an immediate Corona Virus-free environment. It also allows us to work with you on a global basis no matter what our individual locations may be.
There are no controls on how or when in the month you utilize hours purchased, it is entirely up to you and what suits your requirements best, keeping in mind that our normal availability is Monday – Friday, office hours. The monthly cost to you remains as per the agreement, unless you go over the agreed hours in which case we would start charging an hourly rate. Our packages are flexible and scalable, so if you do want to upgrade to a higher package giving you more monthly hours, and therefore more flexibility, this can be done without any problems;just a simple update in paperwork.
