I have seen clients both in person and online, and am able to do both as both have proven results. I currently offer bespoke and independently tailored packages, so no two clients get the same sessions. These packages range from 3 sessions to 9 sessions of hypnotherapy with. a varied level of support and bonus offer on top. Some of the sessions come with mp3 recordings that enhance the session. These are sent to you via WhatsApp after the session has occurred, and come as part of the package deal.

Clients have seen changes instantly, but I work in a minimum of 3 sessions so that all changes are long lasting and even permanent. Many clients choose to attend sessions on a weekly basis, and these show results in a much quicker timeframe, however these are decided by the client.
Sessions are paid for in bulk for the lower packages, and the higher end packages come with a payment plan, so they are more affordable. When you initially contact me we have a free consultation phone call, face to face or zoom call, and we talk about what you expect from me and what I can do to help you.

I have myself had hypnotherapy for a long-standing phobia, my fear of birds and butterflies, and the results are amazing. The best part of the job is that I am changing other people’s lives, like my life was changed for the better.
