‘Nanny Mo’ to the grand kids, Simone to friends. It is just me behind the little gingerbread man. I started baking as a child watching my nan bake most of the recipes that I make today. I have developed a passion for not only sweet but also healthy additions as well as catering for vegans and gluten free. I love special occasions , from birthdays to family ceremonies and weddings. My trio of deliciousness has become a well known wedding favourite and can be bespoke to your special day.
