
8 week Mindfulness Programme
Starts 19th October 2020 - 7.30pm - 9pm
The eight week programme we run has been established for 7 years and is a modernised combination of the MBSR (Jon Katbat-Zin) & MBCT (Mark Williams). Mindfulness practice is proven to reduce anxiety, prevent depression, improve memory/creativity/problem solving and help people to develop better relationships. The invitation is to help you to cultivate positive habits and introduce Mindfulness into your everyday living.
We will start the next group on Monday 19th October (7.30-9pm) and each weekly session will last 1.5hr. At the moment we have an introductory offer of £99 for the whole programme, per person. Payment can be made by PayPal or we can invoice your business if that is easier.

There is also the requirement to do self-study between each week and we will provide the resources for you to be able to do this each week.
