Food, food, glorious food. We all love it, and we love to hate it. There are so many cliches around food, and so many stigmas attached to food. This isn’t how we should be viewing our source of life. Because food is literally that – it provides us with life. And if we’re eating food we enjoy that is good for both our body and soul then we will be living our best life!
In a time when we are bombarded by conflicting theories about food and diet, let’s go back to basics. Eating well on a budget is possible. Let’s focus on the joy of eating instead of the guilt.
