Weekly Well-Being Sessions every Sunday 5.30-6.30
Cost £5.00 per person
The sessions will have a different theme each week focusing on Well-Being. The format of each session will be an informal discussion on the topic of the week (week 1 relaxation – taking the guilt out of self care) tips and techniques to use in everyday situations and a 25-30 minute hypnotherapy session linked to the topic each week.
This will be a relaxed, informal session designed to give you space to take time out for you (1 hour out of a whole week just for you.) I will also demystify the image of hypnotherapy, I am a qualified clinical hypnotherapist, I use a range of techniques (which include NLP, CBT, mindfulness) to support people with a range of well-being issues.
