The aim of the day is to take you on a journey so you have an understanding of digestion, the gut and its microbiome and how they are all interlinked. From there I will guide you how best to take care of your gastro-intestinal tract so that it supports you and does not work against you.
I am running this event following my ladies retreat day on this subject last month. This event is open to men and women and is being held close to Swindon and the M4.

I pride myself on delivering information in an easy to understand way in an informal style, with the emphasis on discussion and sharing experiences. The aim is not for this to be a lecture style but to ask questions throughout the day and to reflect on how you can incorporate changes into your own lifestyle.
