Personal Travel Director helping people find their dream holidays, tours and honeymoons

For years I have been helping time pressured people, their family & friends have the most amazing, relaxing, stress free holidays.The covid pandemic resulted in lots of challenges that people experience when travelling and I offer a full concierge service to help my customers understand what they need to do & when to make sure that they can travel, hassle free.There are at least 5 ways that I help people & my services are paid for by the travel companies:

1. Before your trip is booked – I take time to understand what you want from your trip and put together the perfect trip for you. I only offer ATOL protected packages – whether they are off the shelf or bespoke/tailor-made so that you & your money are protected. I work with over 500 travel providers and work closely with them to get you the best trip possible. For more complex trips I provide a fully interactive itinerary that you can download to your phone that includes recommendations on where to go & what to see/do so that you can make the most of your trip.

2. Once your trip is booked – I take care of all the arrangements including booking seats, completing your API and ensure that you are kept up-to date. I arrange car parking, lounge passes, excursions and travel insurance with covid cover if not included at the booking stage. I liaise with the resort to ensure that all the little details are absolutely perfect and I provide a few surprises along the way (but you’ll need to chat to me to find out more!)

3. During your trip – I check you in for your outbound flight, make final checks with the resort and send over your boarding cards. We’ll have a final call to make sure that you have everything you need and I’m on hand whilst you’re away incase you need me.

4. When you get home – I care passionately about giving you the best holiday your money will buy so when you get home I want to hear all about your trip. It isn’t the end of the journey and I’ll ring you to find out all about it and where you’re planning on going next.

5. Travel that gives back – we all know that this is a defining moment in the climate crisis and massive action is need to prevent & repair ecological breakdown and reduce the effects of carbon emissions, including those from travel. We’ve partnered with a company called Mossy Earth so that your holiday will help protect & restore our planet.
