How do I access the members area?

To access this area you will need to be registered and logged in. This can be achieved by following the login | register tabs at the top of the page.

What is the difference between a personal and business profile?

Everyone is welcome to join the See No bounds community. If you don’t have a business but would like access to view and attend events, utilise the education content available in the Library or get connected with other members then all you need is to create a free personal membership.

If you do have a business and would like to advertise and promote it here on See No bounds all you need to do is select the tariff to best suit you and create your listing.

How can I add a business to my favourites list?

Go to the directory listing of your choice and select the little heart. This will automatically add that business to your favourites, this can then be accessed via you profile page

How do I leave a review?

Click on the business of choice from the directory. Enter the business view page and select the leave review button.

How do I add a podcast, blog or members offer?

You need to be a paid listing. Then under the listings tab on your profile page you can select to add your required listing.

How can I add my event?

You need to be a paid member and events can be added and managed from the profile page.

How do I edit or update my profile?

All edits and updates can be completed on the profile page, under the profile tab, in the top bar

How do I create and manage my own group?

Access the profile page and go to the groups tab, from there you can create a group. Once selected and created you can then manage your group from there.

What is a call to action?

This is a link you create to direct a user to take specific actions from your listing. ( I.e join your newsletter or like a Facebook page.)

I am having issues with pinpointing my address on the map. Why?

When you collapse an accordion item and save, it will We use Google maps for the upload of maps into the See No Bounds Platform. You can however drag the pin to the right place on the map if this is needed.
