Anna’s passion for all things related to wellness has resulted in her clients benefiting from a holistic approach to their own individual situation. The processes she works through and helps embedd in sessions, comes from working with new and small business owners, young and old. Working in this way Anna helps to instill new habits and a positive frame of mind. In turn, this led to her founding an organisation (True Wellbeing) that supports companies in their wellbeing.
Anna is a Wellness writer and expert for panel discussions and Key Note speaking which she and her listeners thoroughly enjoyed. Her aim is to help as many people as possible by helping create lasting connections between Mind, Body and Environment. She believes this can be achieved through compassion and a growth mindset.
Anna is professionally trained in Coaching, Nutrition, Neuroscience, Yoga Therapy, Public Speaking and Communication, Self-development and Project Management. Prior to wellbeing she spent 15 years invested within the Property space working with new and residential projects in varying capacities.
