EmployabilityUK
EmployabilityUK is a movement with a USP that every programme is bespoke, designed especially for the client or organisation, meaning that specific targets and outcomes can be achieved. Starting in November 2014 with a pilot with 50 young people at 2 schools in the Black Country, feedback has been used to improve and shape subsequent programmes. Many more individual programmes have now been designed and delivered to schools across the West Midlands, engaging over 3000 learners, drawing from a bank of more than 400 volunteers.
We run a series of bespoke workshops aimed at raising the aspirations of 16-24-year olds to support them in the journey to employment and/or volunteering. We offer opportunities for young people to learn more about the options that may be available to them and help them to understand how they choose the right pathway to secure a job or volunteering role
